She has successfully managed sales, marketing, finance, human capital and operations for multi-million-dollar business lines in highly competitive global markets; she recently helped grow and sell a private equity-backed startup to a well-known public company; she has developed and managed diverse, multilingual, international teams; and she has traveled to every continent (except Antarctica) to teach business best practices and leadership skills to thousands of senior executives.

Eva holds a BA in anthropology from New York University and is a lifelong student of human culture and behavior. Eva is a certified Expert Coach, a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and sits on the Board of ICF CAC. She is also a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and has trained tens of thousands of banking and law enforcement executives around the world on financial crime, terrorist financing, cybersecurity and economic sanctions compliance.
